DAISY is a ready to use medium, which promotes clonal growth of HEK293 cells. DAISY works no matter how the cell cloning is performed manually by limited dilution or by automatic cell seeding by any device. DAISY works with suspension and adherent HEK293 cells equally. If the cell pool grows serum free, DAISY promotes serum free clonal growth. If the cell pool grows in serum containing medium, DAISY needs to be supplemented with serum.
